Ages 15-17

To be an effective leader of others, one must first be able to lead oneself.

Camp Boulevard Leadership Training allows young teens age 15-17 to both study and develop valuable leadership and life skills. Our most senior staff will work closely with groups of Leaders in Training (LITs). Emphasis is placed on group processes, training, coaching skills, and evaluation of self and process. This is very much a participative camp.

Development will focus on various leadership qualities such as: goal setting, building trust, sensitivity to others, risk taking, decision making, effective communication skills, understanding learning styles, team building, maximizing potential, motivating others are experienced through awide range of activities including: initiatives, co-operative games, communication exercises, role-playing, discussions, personal challenges, fitness activities, team sports and challenge games, conflict resolution programs and leadership challenge.

EACH L.I.T RECEIVES A WRITTEN EVALUATION AT THE CLOSE OF CAMP

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE: We require a self-written letter of application outlining the candidate’s
interest, achievements and goals, or contact the Camp Director at Camps@boulevardclub.com for a LIT Application form.
Please also complete the Camp Boulevard Registration form or register online.

ACCEPTANCE: For qualified applicants, acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
